Rerun Deployment on Collection

I was looking to rerun a deployment on an entire collect I am not seeing this on the console node, but I do see it for a individual device

From my understanding this support documents sates that this is an option

If this is correct how do I an enable it?

I apologize for the confusion, the information in the documentation website was incorrect, it is not possible to run this tool against a device collection. I have modified the documentation page to reflect this.
