Adding computers to collection; No resource ID warning missing

I noticed that the past few releases of the Right Click Tools no longer provide the feedback of “No Resource ID” when adding computers to a collection. Could you please restore this feature? It is very helpful to know that if the operation was not a success, why the computer was not added. Thanks!
