After updating RCT nothing of RCT is working

Today I installed the version 3.2.6875.31361-131852216174661002 of RCT on a Windows 7 32bit machine. After the update none of the functions in SCCM console is working. I click on a function and nothing happens. Also the RCT icons in the console are gone

I tried to install RCT again and I am getting this error:

Sorry you’re having issues with the installation. Could you run the installer with the command below and send the log that gets generated to info@recastsoftware.com?

msiexec /i /lv log.txt
