All my RCT options are greyed ut , tried with Enterprise and Community editions as well , Rest all works fine in SCCM infra 1902

I hope all is well. When you have a moment can you uninstall Right Click Tools with this official Microsoft tool Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support? After RCT is uninstalled remove the following items if any exist currently. Please ensure the ConfigMgr console is closed for this entire process.
Folders:
\ProgramData\Recast Software
\AppData\Roaming\RecastRCT
Registry entries:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Recast Software
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Recast Software
Afterward, please install the latest version of Right Click Tools available from https://www.recastsoftware.com/free-tool-download/ and let us know if issues persist.
