I have downloaded the latest version of Right Click Tools Community Edition but when try to install after applying the License file it does not allow me to proceed as the Install button is greyed out. The version is 5.9.2504.1505. Server is Windows Server 2019 and running CB2409.

Thank you will do, the reason I didn’t is because I only saw the option to choose Right Click Tools Enterprise Edition NOT Community Edition but will submit a ticket request.

Hello I was told to open a support request. Below was in part what they provided as a workaround.
Our developers are currently investigating a known issue with the 5.9.2504 RCT installer where it’s not recognizing Community licenses. In the meantime, the workaround they’ve identified is to install RCT using the silent install string below, then manually copying your downloaded license file into the license folder below and relaunch the SCCM console. Please make sure to use the correct install directory for the RCT MSI:
- Install string: msiexec.exe /i “Right Click Tools.msi” /qn /norestart
- License folder: C:\ProgramData\Recast Software\Licenses
