Client information - not reporting install status

We are using comunity version and since update to V5 we do not see installed Appliactions marked as installed in the install State column

I see a bug fix similar reported in the V5.1 latest which sound similar, but even with latest version we still see this bug

Thank you for letting us know. When you have a second can you close the ConfigMgr console, add this registry key to enable debug logging, open the console and run the action, and then send the log files that are generated in C:\Users\UserAccountAccessingConfigMgr\AppData\Roaming\Recast Software\Logs?
