Hi all!
I’m new to RCT and the recast server. We installed a new recast server and RCT tools and things are sort of working, but not everything.
As an example, when I open the Assets and Compliance\Recast Software\Content Distribution Monitor in the CM console, it never refreshes or gives any data. I also never get any errors. The monitor just has the moving green bar over the refresh button and nothing ever comes up in it. I have the same problem with all the options in Assets and Compliance\Recast Software
is there a setting/permissions I need to add on the recast server? Or something similar? thanks!
