Error when showing security groups

Hi all,
when I click on a user in SCCM and open RCT “Security Group” it doesn’t Show me the Groups. I get the error:

“Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

SCCM console is started as Domain admin.

Could you try installing this version of Recast Server, enable Debug logging by copying this web.config file linked below to C:\Program Files (x86)\Recast Software\Recast RCT Server\Server, then rerun the Security Group tool and send the logs to info@recastsoftware.com? It won’t fix the issue, but it has some extra logging that should help pinpoint the issue.

which logs do you Need and where do I find them?

Sorry, forgot to mention that. Could you send all of the logs under C:\ProgramData\Recast Software\Logs?

On the Client, Server, or both?

Just on the server side.

Hello, have this issue solution? I have actual version 4.7 of RCT and i have some erro: “Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. In previous version 4.6 i Have error : Insufficient Permission…" Last working version is Right Click Tools-4.4.2010.3401-132489768428780597
The error showing when click on Deployments :slight_smile:
