Exception occurred during a Ping request

Hello,

Im having an issue lately where when using any of the right click tools I get the following error:

Error - Could not find . online
Error Message: Exception calling “Send” with “1” arguments(s): “An
exception occurred during a Ping request.”

This occurs when using any of the tools, including the client actions tools. This has worked before for the most part. I have tried reinstalling right tools and doing a repair on the console.

Looks like the FQDN option was selected. Unselecting it seemed to of resolved the issue. I have a few other quirks with the tools but will submit other posts.

Do your devices have the Full Domain Name field populated?
