Insufficient Permissions then Grayed Out / Insufficient Permissions

Hi, New to RCT. Have free version installed on our server. We had all commands grayed out so I followed instructions from another link to copy the Recast RCT Free.liense file into ProgramData/Recast Software/Licenses. When I restarted my console, the options were no longer grayed out but I got an insufficient permissions message when clicking on any of my options. Now, the options are grayed out again.

Any help is appreciated.

Could you try clearing out the C:\ProgramData\Recast Software\Licenses folder and then copy over the Recast RCT Free.license file? We’ve seen issues where the tools will gray out when there’s an older version of a license file present in that folder.
