Interactive PowerShell prompt colours missing

When using the Interactive PowerShell prompt the syntax get not coloured.
I have installed the latest version 4.0.7180.953

Version 3.2.7026.33608

Version 4 is installed on Windows 10
Version 3 is installed on Server 2016

I believe these console colors are coming from the PowerShell version installed. The way we launch the PowerShell prompt is unchanged between 3.2 and 4.0.

Sorry but the command seems different:

Version 3.2

Version 4.0

I have installed version 4.0 on Server 2016.
The syntax is coloured now!
