Issue with kiosk, applied or remove is impossible?

we are getting rpc server error with the kiosk with some workstations, they are on the same network (same vlan, and same ip range)

We have upgraded to the latest version of Recast RMS 5.9.2505.2307 and the agents but this does not correct the problem.

impossible to apply or re-sort the kiosk, however we can see the status of the profile that is applied

you can see the recast agents synchronising with the RMS server
