Lab Management - 'Restart on Idle' not working

I’ve tried both options but no joy. I’ve also tried setting it to different idle times ranging from 2 minutes to 10.

Any ideas?

Hey Graham,
Are you using the Shell Replacement feature with Restart on Idle? We’ve had some reports that the way we were doing restart on idle for the explorer shell wasn’t working any more on Windows 10 but when you use an alternative shell it appears to work.

Thanks for your reply Chris. Yes, I should have said, I am indeed using a custom (Chrome) shell replacement. Ideally I would like the shell / browser to restart rather than the whole computer but I’ll make do with the PC restart.
