License/Connectivity issue...?

Every hour, this is recorded in the Application Event log on and RecastAgent.log on every machine.

Category: Recast.Core.Agent.Services.LicenseProvider
EventId: 0

Start: No valid non-community license was found. Agent will not start.

Looking in RMS, I see the machine listed and it shows as Connected/Authorized.
Currently running 5.2.2308.103 everything…

I hope all is well. When you have a moment can you try the process of re-enrolling your agents? This guide Recast Agent not Connecting | Recast Docs will provide a step-by-step as well as a script that could be helpful for automation. After re-enrolling your Agents please let me know if issues persist.

Recently updated to 5.3.2310.304 and it’s still there…

I see that version 5.3.2311.103 was released on 11/1. Does this update address the issue I am seeing?
