When I try to go to a machine that is on and go to system information it doesn’t work. It’s not the case with all other clients some work and some don’t. I have the proxy account added as an administrator on the client machines. Anything I need to look for to make this work?
Hey there! Are you seeing any error messages by chance on the devices where it’s not working? Is remote WMI and remote registry enabled?
WMI and Remote Registry are enabled on the box and no errors have occurred. Able to file explorer path out to the device and connect to it any other way.
