Phantom reboot schedule after scheuled reboots have been cancelled

Hello,

I originally scheduled weekly reboots on our workstations for Fridays 9 pm. I then changed that to a later time but the machines still rebooted at the earlier time. I then tried to cancel the scheduled reboots but the machines are still rebooting at the earlier set schedule. I have uninstalled the recast application just to try some extreme measures but the machines are still rebooting at the initial schedule set. What can i do to actually cancel this scheduled reboot?

Hi Mercy,
The scheduled reboot action needs some work. Currently it will create a new task in Task Scheduler on the remote machine, but we don’t have a great way of removing it. The only way to do it in our software is to schedule a new task with the same name to overwrite the previous settings. If you want to remove a scheduled task, you can schedule a new task with the same name that occurs in the past with no repeat interval. We will have an easier way to delete these tasks in a future version.

Sorry for the trouble.

Chris
