Confirmed RCT was installed via CCM Logs. Checked the hierarchy settings and “Only allow console extensions that are approved for the hierarchy” is unchecked. Not sure where else I could check. Any thoughts?

Thank you for contacting the Recast Software Support Team, I’d be happy to assist. It sounds like an issue occurred while upgrading. Can you try uninstalling Right Click Tools (RCT), then reinstall and see if the Recast Software node comes back under Assets and Compliance in the SCCM console?

Hello, I have the same issue and I reinstalled the extension, restarted the device, and checked the " Only allow console extensions that are approved for the hierarchy to be unchecked, still it’s not loading. I have to say tha the console crashed and after reopening it’s when it dissapeared, it seems lie it blacklisted it somehow.
