I am getting the below error when attempting to repair client.

I also noticed that licensing is greyed out so I am unable to add the community license. I do not know if this is why I am getting this error. This is my first time attempting to install RCT

Are you still having this problem? Can we assume that you have rebooted?

Yes, I am still having this issue. Rebooting was one of my first steps.

Try this. Does it fix the problem?

  1. Close the ConfigMgr console.
  2. In file explorer go to %AppData%\Recast Software\Console Extension
  3. Rename ConsoleExtension.sqlite to *.old
  4. Restart the ConfigMgr console.

I still encounter the same error.

Are you using profile redirection? e.g. is %appdata% redirected from local drive to something like onedrive?

While we do have OneDrive integration, AppData is stored locally on the C: and is not redirected.
