RCT not showing up in SCCM

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on troubleshooting recast with sccm. Thank you in advance.

I work for a public school district which utilizes SCCM. Due to a recently cyberattack, we had to rebuild many of our systems from the ground up. We have SCCM running but cannot get recast integrated. When we right click on devices, it does not show up as an option.

Previously, it was as simple as installing recast on our technician computers with the generic settings and that was it.

SCCM Version 2102
Console version: 5.2103.1059.1800

Right Click Tools-4.6.2103.5701

Under Administration, Site Configuration and sites, go to Hierarchy Settings from the ribbon. Under the
General is “Only allow console extensions that are approved for the hierarchy” enabled or disabled?
