RCT Standalone installation doesn't approve the license file

I try to install Right Click Tools ver 5.2.2307.1103 but the installation is failed. My SCCM server doesn’t have the internet Access that’s why I try to add the license file from “Browse for License” button. I import the license file but Install button doesn’t be active.

When you have a second, can you please send your .license2 file to support@recastsoftware.com?
