RCT version need to match RMS version

I didn’t see anything in the documentation for RMS or RCT Enterprise but does Right Click Tools version need to match RMS version? We are currently on RMS 5.11.2510.2904 and when we installed 5.11.2512.1807 of RCT most of the tools under Console Tools were grayed out. Once we installed RCT 5.11.2510.2904 version the tools weren’t grayed out.

So RMS and RCT (along with RA/Proxy/GW) version should match. If they don’t match you can have issue However, in most cases you should have little problems with mix matching but upgrading to the latest version is always advised. I would review the logs for RCT to see what is says, as it sound like a permissions/cert issue.

Thank you for the info. We dug around the logs and didn’t see anything that popped out to us but after we downgraded to match our RMS version and the Console tools started to work for us we were good with that.
