Recast portal problems

Hi all,

when I Login to the recast Portal it Shows me that there is no license found. Also when I click on the download Buttons, nothing happens. I have a valid license.

Could you try logging out and logging in again? We had a configuration issue on the website that I think is resolved now.

Still the same problem

Do you have the same issue if you open an incognito window and signing in?

I have to write more, because I Need 20 characters

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, could you try accessing the site in Chrome, Edge or Firefox to see if it works any better? I spoke to our web developer and it sounds like some of the web components we’re using have problems in IE.
