Rerun Deployment partial package list

As per subject I just noticed that Rerun Deployment does not show all the packages that are currently being deployed on a client machine. Moreover the list is the same whatever client I picked up.
I updated RCT but the issue persists.

Does anyone is experiencing the same issue?
Any advise on that?
