We are facing an issue regarding the Micro Right Click Tool version 2.3

We have installed the Micro Right Tool in our SCCM Environment but in the JUMP Server the functionalities are not working …Primary Server everything is working fine.

Error as below when using the functionalities

Error - Could not find online
Error Message: Exception calling “GetHostEntry” with “1” argument(s): “The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type can be found”

The device is in fact on. I can complete a ping test

kindly please advise us the solution

This sounds like you’re hitting the DNS reverse lookup issue of the 2.3 release. I’d recommend updating to the newest release as this version has an option for turning off DNS reverse lookups.
