Sign in to RCT does successful but fails to launch

I was using RCT for a while then I tried and was asked to login. I chose the change password option then signed in. I was presented with Licensing Successful: and clicked Finish. RCT did not load and the sign in screen popped back up. I went to may account at Recast and downloaded my license. I then chose the no internet option and browsed to my license. I again received the successful popup and clicked Finish. The sign in screen popped up.

Thank you for contacting the Recast Support Team. I would be happy to assist with this issue. We are aware of this issue. Can you attempt to uninstall RCT and remove the following items if any exist currently:
Folders:

\ProgramData\Recast Software
\AppData\Roaming\Recast Proxy
\AppData\Roaming\RecastRCT

Registry entries:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Recast Software
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Recast Software

Install the RCT and see if the error persists.
