When we go to use RCT functions in the CM console, we see that message. Logging into the RCT mgmt server, we see the message when clicking on ‘Permissions’
Has anyone dealt with this?
We updated our CM console over the weekend to v5.2303
EDIT: We bungled the upgrade, so we restored the mgmt server to a date from last week. Well, our attempts at upgrading it caused the database to be upgraded too, so our ver. 4.x mgmt server and database were not compatible. Once we successfully upgraded to 5.1, everything is working perfectly.
