SSO is unavailable (Application Workspace)

I keep on getting the error: SSO is unavailable when logging in. SSO is enabled in the agent.json. I can’t find anything useful in the logging which is set to verbose. The identity source is working and syncing with AD. The local source is set to hidden. Logging in manually does work. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance!

Hi Robin,

Check in your Identity source you created under “Authentication” the order of methods you can drag and drop them, in our case it’s;
checked NTLM
checked Form authentication
checked Basic authentication
unchecked Federated
