System Information - Software Uninstall Not Working

When I attempt to uninstall software from within System Information, the results window says it was successful with a return code 21, but the software doesn’t get removed from the endpoint. I’ve tried this on multiple applications.

Has any ever encountered this before?

Hope all is well! For the software that you’re attempting to uninstall using System Information, is there an uninstall string defined for it by chance?
