The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request

Trying to use RCT Enterprise Server for the first time. Just getting “Insufficient Permissisons” errors on all tools, even though I’m an Admin. RightClickToolsDesktop.log has this error “System.ServiceModel.ProtocolException: The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400) Bad Request. —> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.”

I can open the URI from the client to our server (name changed): https://myserver.mydomain.com:444/MobileToolsEnterprise.svc, getting the “You have created a service” page. However, the address shows “not secure”. I imported the cert so I don’t get prompted about it, but the browser doesn’t approve for some reason. (see attached image)

Could you send the logs from your Recast Server under C:\ProgramData\Recast Software\Logs to info@recastsoftware.com?
