Have there been any updates to the Recovery Key views in CM integrated environments with the RCT enterprise tools? I saw the forum thread as well as the feature request from January of last year. Im wondering as im trying to simply the management for our service desk after implementing the CM integrated tools last year but the helpdesk web portal is a little annoying with the ID and user req.
Im sorry if i missed something else, if so please let me know. Any info would be appreciated.
