Value cannot be null since applying MECM Hotfix KB25588444

I have been trying to figure out why since applying.2309 Hotfix rollup kb25858444 almost all the right click tools actions return a Value cannot be null on the primary site server.
I have uninstalled - reboot - reinstalled with no effect.
Cleared DNS.
We do have a new networking person that have made changes I am thinking its ports that are being blocked. The clients I am trying to reach are also on a VPN.
Other things do work such as I can connect to the c drive.
Any advice would be helpful or if I am missing something.

To clarify the problem, some actions don’t work for VPN devices? Can you provide one or two actions that don’t work for you? Are you using RMS and RA? Are you using enterprise or community edition?
